1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OTPRENT (otprent.vercel.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
OTPRENT provides virtual, disposable phone numbers for the sole purpose of receiving SMS verification codes (OTPs). Numbers are rented on a per-use, pay-as-you-go basis. We do not guarantee that every service will accept numbers from our pool.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties — express, implied, or statutory — regarding uptime, delivery speed, or compatibility with any third-party platform.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OTPRENT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Account bans or blocks by third-party services
- Failed or delayed SMS delivery
- Data loss or unauthorized access
- Financial losses resulting from use of the service
5. No Refunds
All transactions are final and non-refundable except in cases where no number is issued and no code is received within the validity window. In such cases, an automatic refund (credit) may be issued at our sole discretion.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use OTPRENT for:
- Any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity
- Violating the terms of service of any third-party platform
- Harassment, spam, or phishing
- Any activity that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure
7. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party platform you access using our numbers. OTPRENT disclaims all liability arising from your use of third-party services.
8. Privacy
We collect only the email address you voluntarily provide (for receipts) and order metadata (service selected, country, timestamp). We do not sell, share, or monetize your data. SMS content is used solely to deliver your verification code and is not stored beyond what is necessary to complete the order.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
